TikHub Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TikHub LLC ("TikHub," "we," "us"), including API credit purchases, subscription plans, and related services offered via tikhub.io and its associated platforms.

By purchasing TikHub services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

General Policy: All Sales Are Final

TikHub does not offer refunds on purchases, including but not limited to API credits, subscription fees, and prepaid balances, except under the limited circumstances described below.

We encourage all users to review our API documentation, test available endpoints using free trial credits (where offered), and confirm that our services meet their needs before making a purchase.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

A refund may be issued only when both of the following conditions are met:

Service Unavailability. The specific API endpoint(s) you purchased access to, or the specific functionality you intended to use, is unavailable or non-functional; and

Verification by TikHub. Our technical team has investigated and confirmed the unavailability or malfunction.

Important: If the endpoint or functionality in question is available and operating as documented at the time of your request, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind or no longer needing the service

Misunderstanding of an endpoint's documented functionality or output

Errors in your own integration, code, or usage

Rate limits, quota restrictions, or usage caps operating as documented

Temporary service interruptions or scheduled maintenance

Changes made by third-party platforms that are outside TikHub's control, where TikHub's service continues to function as documented

Unused credits or partial usage of a subscription period

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances above, please contact our support team through Discord or email with the following information:

Your account email or user ID

The specific endpoint(s) or functionality affected

The date and time of the issue

Relevant details such as request IDs, error messages, or response logs

Our team will investigate and respond to your request. If the issue is confirmed, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Enterprise Customers

For enterprise customers operating under a signed service agreement with TikHub, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless refund terms are expressly set forth in your contract. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the terms of a signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement governs.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Accounts associated with chargebacks filed without first contacting TikHub support may be suspended pending resolution.

Changes to This Policy

TikHub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Purchases made prior to a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
