📝 Service Provider Agreement

This Agreement is concluded between the legal entity (referred to as the "Service Provider" or "you") that agrees to and complies with the provisions of this Agreement, thereby becoming the service provider for TikHub.io (as defined below), and TikHub.io.

Content of the Agreement

The content of this agreement includes the main text, attachments, and all various business specifications, activity rules, notices, announcements, etc., collectively referred to as "Rules," issued or may be released in the future by TikHub.io and/or its affiliates. All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text. TikHub.io reserves the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or rules as needed. Changes will be announced on the website without separate notification to you. By continuing to use the services, you accept the revised Agreement and rules.

Acceptance

You can choose to accept this Agreement by clicking Confirm on the web page. This Agreement is effective from the moment you confirm your acceptance.

Definitions and Explanations

TikHub.io: Refers to the network platform established by TikHub.io for service providers to offer goods/service transactions to users. TikHub.io only provides a virtual trading place and does not participate in transactions. TikHub.io website

Service Provider or you: Refers to an enterprise or individual who has validly registered on TikHub.io and conducts online sales and/or releases goods/services to users through TikHub.io.

User: Refers to the enterprise or individual who purchases or obtains the service provider's goods/services through TikHub.io.

Information: Refers to text, pictures, videos, etc., or a combination thereof, published by the service provider on TikHub.io for users to browse and check products/services.

Goods/services/projects: Refers to all products and services released by service providers on TikHub.io.

Withdrawal fee: TikHub.io has the right to charge a certain amount of withdrawal service fees from the service provider based on the transaction services it provides.

Service Provider Management Standards

Settlement

Service providers should use TikHub.io accounts and register on the platform through online clicks.

After settlement, TikHub.io has the right to require the service provider to update and improve information at any time.

When the service provider's information or data changes, the corresponding reserved information and data should be updated timely.

Products on Shelves

Listed products/services must have clear introductions, be safe, feasible, and the service provider must have all qualifications required to sell or publish them.

Service providers must have legal intellectual property rights or authorization from relevant rights holders.

Products listed must not contain any information that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, harms network security, or violates laws and regulations.

Platform Services

TikHub.io provides services including but not limited to display of goods/services, release of information, self-service management of online transaction processes, and business promotion. TikHub.io reserves the right to charge fees for these services.

Rights and Obligations

Service Provider Responsibilities

Ensure the legality and compliance of their business activities on TikHub.io.

Manage user complaints and disputes properly and in a timely manner.

Comply with TikHub.io's format requirements, technical specifications, and safety specifications for goods/services.

TikHub.io Responsibilities

Provide a stable network environment and technical support.

Manage and guide service providers according to the "Management Standards" and handle accordingly.

Data Protection

All operational data generated based on the cooperation under this agreement belongs to TikHub.io. Service providers may not use this data for purposes outside of this agreement without prior written approval.

Scope and Limitation of Liability

TikHub.io will try its best to provide security measures to ensure the security and normal operation of the services but does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Breach of Contract

Service providers are responsible for any legal actions, disputes, or penalties arising from their breach of this agreement. TikHub.io has the right to take appropriate actions based on the service provider's behavior and compliance with the rules.

Effectiveness, Termination, and Transfer of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon your acceptance and remains valid for one year, except for intellectual property rights and data protection provisions, which are permanently effective.

TikHub.io may terminate this agreement by giving fifteen days' written notice without liability for breach of contract. Termination does not absolve the service provider of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain legally binding. This Agreement includes general and special terms; in case of inconsistency, special terms will prevail.
